Who we are

What data we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through the enquiry form on our contact page:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- A description of your project or requirement (required)
- Your company name, phone number and sector (all optional)
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, we do not embed third-party trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. This website sets no cookies of its own. Your theme preference, if you choose one, is stored locally in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information solely to understand your enquiry, respond to it, and determine how we might support your project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated — or the steps prior to entering a contract where your enquiry concerns prospective work.
We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you separately, and we never sell or rent personal data.
Who processes it on our behalf
Enquiry form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service acting as our processor, which forwards the contents of the form to our email inbox. Your enquiry is also stored in our email system, [EMAIL PROVIDER]. Both providers are bound to process the data only on our instructions.
Where a provider transfers data outside the UK or EEA, that transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] afterwards, so that we have a record of the discussion. After that it is deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the relevant records are retained under our client-records retention policy instead.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
